Evaporate to dryness under a stream of nitrogen at 50 C . Reconstitute in 1 mL of 40% acetonitrile.
SPE Load:

SPE Wash 1:
2 mLs of 100mM Sodium acetate (pH 5.0) buffer
SPE Wash 2:
2 mLs of Methanol
SPE Dry:
10 minutes @ full vacuum
SPE Elution 1:
2mLs of Ethyl acetate:Isopropanol:NH4OH (7:2:1)
SPE Evaporation:
Evaporate to dryness
SPE Reconstitute:
1 mL 40% acetonitrile in water
