The columns deliver superior retention of polar compounds, increase MS (mass spectrometry) sensitivity, and increase laboratory throughput and productivity.
These unique new columns retain a water-enriched layer on the surface of the silica that facilitates the transfer of polar compounds into the stationary phase for increased retention. Phenomenex’s unique cross-linked diol bonded phase delivers more reproducible HILIC separations.
